Natural assets' beauty can increase or diminish during certain seasons. This includes waterfalls---there are certain waterfalls that are more picturesque in the Spring than the Summer. However, that's not the case with Ramona Falls. This cascading waterfall maintain its beauty year-round. I took this picture during the winter. Traces of snow can be seen accented this amazing fall.

There isn't anything over glamorous about this shot. It's truly a very simple picture. However, when I took this shot, it was the way the sunlight hit the natural, earth colors that grabbed my attention (along with how the fallen, great, giant redwood is now serving as a life source for other plants). Nature truly does find a way with its beauty and life forces.
